ADULT CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Adult Beginner Hip Hop: This class is designed to introduce the beginner dancer to the base movements and styles of Hip Hop. Class will focus on building a solid foundation to execute popular dance moves to original choreography. Every step is broken down, eventually building to a high energy, fun and engaging routine designed to build stamina and increase musicality. No previous experience necessary.
Dance w/ Billy: Packed with energy and fun, Billy breaks down a new Jazz, Hip-Hop or Broadway routine each week. This class is designed to introduce the beginner dancer to the base movements and styles of each style. Every step is broken down, eventually building to a high energy, fun and engaging routine designed to build stamina and increase musicality.
Cardio Dance Club (all levels): Cardio Dance Club is a dance fitness party combining a variety of rhythms and dance styles. From Latin, hip hop and jazz to pop and R&B, Cardio Dance Club delivers a little bit of everything. Class routines mix high and low intensity to provide a well-rounded, effective workout. Class format is lead follow. Songs are broken down into parts and assigned certain steps. As the song continues, sequences are repeated, making Cardio Dance Club the perfect choice for all levels. Fun and sweat guaranteed!
Body Grooves (all levels): Influenced by African, Dancehall and Hip Hop rhythms this high energy, lead-follow dance fitness class provide a full-body cardio workout that will leave you instantly hooked.
Street Jazz: Street jazz evolved from informal dancing found in nightclubs, schools and in the streets. This fun style combines modern-day dance styles, like hip hop, breakdancing, funk and electronic dance.
Sculpt: This 20 minute full body toning class utilizes body weight and dumbbells to deliver maximum results. Class stacks compound movements with light weights and high repetitions.
Fired Up!: A fierce 45 minute beat-driven workout that syncs basic cardio exercises and combinations to music and finishes with 10 minutes of pure core work. Burn up to 700 calories!! So much sweat! So much fun!

KIDS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BREAKDANCING: Breakdancing is a street dance with influences from martial arts and gymnastics. It builds strength, stamina and flexibility. In this class students will be exposed to the history behind breakdancing and it’s roots. They will learn foundational breaking movements including toprocks, power moves, freezes and footwork, and incorporate them into fun choreography.
HIP HOP: This class will introduce young students to the basic vocabulary and style of Hip Hop movement while working on their musicality and building confidence. Hip Hop is about personal style and expression. This high energy class can be taught to anyone with a passion to move, so no dance experience is required. Dancers will learn new moves and fun choreography and have the chance to showcase their skills at our end of year performance but also be able to display their new skills at any dance or social event.
