All classes run between 30 - 40 minutes in length.

Cardio Dance Club is a dance fitness party combining a variety of rhythms and dance styles. From Latin, hip hop and jazz to pop and R&B, Cardio Dance Club delivers a little bit of everything. Class routines mix high and low intensity to provide a well-rounded, effective workout. Class format is lead follow. Songs are broken down into parts and assigned certain steps. As the song continues, sequences are repeated, making Cardio Dance Club the perfect choice for all levels. Fun and sweat guaranteed!
Cardio Hip Hop is a dance cardio class designed to get you moving to a variety of hip hop songs. In this class you will sweat out your stress with a fun hip hop routine, broken down in simple 4 - 8 counts at a time, inevitably building to a full throttle, heart-pounding hip hop dance routine that will leave you breathless and wanting more! You’ll use dance to strengthen and sculpt your body all while having lots of fun! No dance experience necessary!
Sculpt is a total body fitness class designed to tone your total body, utilizing body weight and dumbbells to deliver maximum results. Sculpt stacks compound movements into mini-circuits, targeting multiple muscle groups at once to provide a fun and effective full body workout.
Flex & Flow is a low impact workout that combines elements from pilates, yoga and body weight training to tone, tighten and lift your total body. Each class is broken down into 4 - 5 miniature flows to eventually build to one master sequence. This class delivers stretch and strength making it the perfect compliment to any workout schedule.
Long & Lean: This low-impact balletic inspired workout combines elements from ballet, Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength training into a dynamic 45-minute format that will transform your body.
